Elliott Coastal Living Ribbon Cutting

Elliott Realty is pleased to announce the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of our new location at 701 Sea Mountain Highway in North Myrtle Beach. This location will serve as the home of our real estate sales division, Better Homes and Gardens Elliott Coastal Living.

Elliott Realty was founded as an independent real estate agency in 1959. The professional real estate agents of Better Homes and Gardens Elliott Coastal Living are proven matchmakers. We bring together buyers and sellers to make dreams come true for those moving to the area or selling property.

When you are thinking of buying or selling real estate, Elliott Coastal Living is at your service! Our market area covers Brunswick, Horry, and Georgetown counties. This includes the communities and towns of Little River, Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, Atlantic Beach, Crescent Beach, Windy Hill, Loris, Longs, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Conway, Litchfield Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island.

At Better Homes and Gardens Elliott Coastal Living, we are selling a lifestyle – the idyllic beach life on the Grand Strand. You won’t find our agents trapped in an office all day; they are out showing properties, meeting with potential buyers and sellers, and supporting local businesses. We designed our new office at 701 Sea Mountain Highway in North Myrtle Beach with the customer in mind. We have conference rooms with state of the art flat screen TVs and computers so buyers and sellers can view properties on a large, high definition screen. We strive to make you feel comfortable so the buying and selling process is as easy as possible.

Here are some photos from the ribbon cutting. Please stop by the office to speak with one of our talented real estate agents or give us a call at (888) 280-5704.
