The Grand Strand hosts annual festivals and events each year including 2nd Annual OktoberFest at Barefoot Landing, Rivertown Spooktacular Boat Parade, Little River Shrimp Festival, Myrtle Beah Jazz, I Love Seafood Fest and so much more! Come celebrate food, music, and fun!

Heritage Shores Nature Preservation

This preserve was created in 2007 and is on an island that extends into the Cherry Grove marsh. You can view wildlife and animals by standing on one of the observation docks. There are signs through the 7-acre path explaining different plants, fish, birds and animal species. You are also allowed to bring kayaks or go fishing.
