A Month In Myrtle: Day #2 Dinner at Aspen Grill

Day #2: Dinner at Aspen Grill

Sophistication meets southern hospitality at Aspen Grill.  Get ready for some of the most mouthwatering food you can find on the east coast!

Aspen Grill

Chef Curry Martin (might we mention Curry is quite the fitting name for a man who works with food and spices) is determined to stand out from the typical dining options found in Myrtle Beach.  His dishes are artfully crafted using the freshest, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.  The dining atmosphere is romantic enough for couples and laid-back enough for dining with a large group of friends.

While the menu has an ever-changing array of specialty dishes, some are standards and for good reason:

  • Fresh Fried Green Tomatoes served with pancetta bacon, parmesan cheese, béarnaise sauce, and lump crab
  • Cedar Springs Domestic Lamb Rack served with potato gratin, bacon braised brussel sprouts and green peppercorn jus
  • Shrimp & Grits served with local shrimp, Andouille sausage, cheddar stone ground grits and pan gravy

Recently Aspen Grill was named a top 100 American Fare Restaurant in the U.S. Don’t miss the beautiful dinner selections and remember this local’s tip: If the Chocolate Layer Cake is available as a dessert special order two! It is the best layer cake you’ll ever taste… heaven on a fork!

We have several condos available just around the corner from Aspen Grill.  Call 866-878-2750 or visit MyrtleBeachVacationRentals.com for rates and availability.
