Staying Fit

We are 50 days into 2014. Have you kept your New Year’s Resolution? The most popular resolution every year is lose weight, according to the U.S. government. It can be easy to lose sight of your fitness goals when you are on vacation or spending your winter in North Myrtle Beach. Mix up your workout to stay motivated. Go for a run on the beach. Rent a bike. Squeeze into a wet suit and go kayaking through the marsh.

If you would rather sweat indoors, many condominiums offer a weight room for guest use. Should you need more equipment to complete your workout, many gyms in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach offer daily rates for visitors to the area. Here are a few gyms that offer daily rates:

LifeQuest Swim and Fitness

Guests may pay to take a group fitness class, group water class or to use the pools. Gusts may pay the daily rate to use fitness equipment.
