Fall in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach is a vibrant time filled with exciting events that draw visitors from all over. From September through November, families can enjoy a wide range of festivals, fairs, and seasonal celebrations. The annual Irish Italian International Festival in North Myrtle Beach offers a fun blend of culture, food, and live entertainment. At the same time, Myrtle Beach’s Oktoberfest features German fare, beer gardens, and kid-friendly activities. For seafood lovers, the Little River ShrimpFest showcases delicious coastal cuisine, craft vendors, and live music. Whether you’re into live performances, food festivals, or local art shows, there’s something for everyone in the fall!

iLove Seafood Festival

  • Date: September 14, 2024
  • Time: All Day Event
  • Location: Pavillion Place, Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Description: The I Love Seafood Fest promises a memorable experience full of flavor, culture, and fun!

SeptemberFest!

  • Date: September 21, 2024
  • Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Description: Duplin Grape Stomp, live music, kids activities and the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach will be on hand for photo ops, raffles, auctions and an I Love Lucy Stomp Contest in the afternoon.

Beach ‘n Chili Festival

  • Date: September 27-29, 2024
  • Time: All Day Event
  • Location: 810 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Description: 3 full days of entertainment; including a car show, live music, family fun, and chili tastings.

Atalaya Arts & Crafts Festival

  • Date: September 27-29, 2024
  • Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: 16148 Ocean HWY, Murrells Inlet, SC
  • Description: Enjoy fine art, quality crafts and local food, along with the musical offerings of several of the area’s finest musicians.
    Daily admission for the festival is $10 per adult (age 16 and older).  Those ages 15 and under are FREE.  

Irish Italian International Festival

  • Date: September 28, 2024
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Main Street, North Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Description: Celebrate the vibrant cultures of Ireland and Italy with live music, delicious food, arts and crafts vendors, and family-friendly activities. Don’t miss the spaghetti-eating contest!

Myrtle Beach Fall Bike Rally

  • Date: September 30 – October 6, 2024
  • Time: All-day events
  • Location: Various locations along the Grand Strand
  • Description: This iconic rally attracts motorcycle enthusiasts for scenic rides, bike shows, live music, and a great time.

Myrtle Beach Greek Festival

  • Date: October 10-13, 2024
  • Time: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Location: St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church Hall
  • Description: This iconic rally attracts motorcycle enthusiasts for scenic rides, bike shows, live music, and a great time.

Cruisin The Beach Car Show

  • Date: October 10-12, 2024
  • Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
  • Description: See all kinds of modern, classic, muscle, and vintage cars. Vendors will set up on-site, selling parts, clothing, memorabilia, food, drinks, and more

Myrtle Beach Jeep Jam

  • Date: October 25-27, 2024
  • Time: All-day events
  • Location: 2501 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
  • Description: Jeep lovers will enjoy this action-packed event featuring an off-road obstacle course, a show-n-shine competition, beach rides, and live music.

Mustang Week

  • Date: September 6, 2024 – September 7, 2024

  • Location: Myrtle Beach Mall
  • Description: Mustang Week celebrates the iconic Ford Mustang, bringing together car enthusiasts nationwide. The week-long event features a car show, drag racing, autocross, and cruising events. It’s a must-attend for car lovers, offering a chance to see some of the best Mustangs and meet fellow enthusiasts.

Fall Migration SOS (Society of Stranders)

  • Date: September 12-22, 2024
  • Time: Events throughout the day and evening
  • Location: Various clubs along Main Street and Ocean Drive, North Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Description: The Fall SOS is a beloved tradition for shag dance enthusiasts. Attendees can enjoy dancing, workshops, and live music at participating clubs like Fat Harold’s Beach Club, Duck’s, and others. It’s the perfect time to immerse yourself in the local dance culture.

OktoberFest!

  • Date: October 5, 2024
  • Time: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Location: Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Description: Enjoy delicious food & drink there will be live music at the patio at LandShark Bar & Grill and Band On Fire from 2 to 6 pm on the Pepsi Stage in Dockside Village. Some participating restaurants will have live music as well as German themed contests, and the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach will be set up with a tent for donations and pets as well!

Hole in One Mini Golf Tournament

  • Date: October 8, 2024

  • Description: The Hole in One Mini Golf Tournament is a must-attend charity event. With divisions for different skill levels and ages, participants can enjoy a weekend of friendly competition with food vendors, music, and special awards for the best performances.

US ProMiniGolf Master’s

  • Date: October 8, 2024
  • Time: October 8, 2024 – October 12, 2024
  • Location: Hawaiian Rumble Golf
  • Description: Reoccurring daily, players compete to claim the $25,000 cash prize, making it one of the most exciting and prestigious events in the mini-golf world.

Little River Shrimp Fest

  • Date: October 12, 2024 – October 13, 2024
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Location: Historic Little River Waterfront
  • Description: The event features two stages of live music, a kids zone with activities like face painting and balloon artists, and appearances by stilt walkers. With over 100 vendors on-site, you’ll find a diverse selection of arts and crafts, business expos, and community organizations.
