Events: 

Myrtle Beach Marathon  When: March 1 

Get your blood pumping and see the best of Myrtle Beach on foot! Choose between a full marathon, half-marathon, 5K or join for a virtual 10K.  

Run to the Sun Car Show  When: March 13-15 

Car enthusiasts rejoice! Spend the weekend admiring vintage classics at the 36th Annual Car and Truck Show at the former Myrtle Square Mall, featuring cars and trucks from 1989 and earlier.  

St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival  When: March 15  

Join the crowds and wear your green! The 35th annual parade and festival takes place on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. The parade starts at 9am, where you can watch themed and decorated floats cruise down Main Street. Continue the fun with a good old-fashioned street festival from 11am-4pm, featuring live entertainment, treats and festival food and more! 

SOS- Spring Safari 2025   When: April 24-May 4 

Come and experience spring break for adults! The Shag Dance is South Carolina’s official state dance, and each year, shaggers from all over flock to North Myrtle Beach for some classic dancing. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, come out and join the fun! 

Barefoot Landing’s Spring Live Music Series  When: Every Friday evening and Saturday afternoon 

Beautiful weather, live music, and good vibes. A perfect way to spend an evening or afternoon at the beach! Bring your lawn chair or borrow one of the complimentary lawn chairs at Barefoot Landing. Grab a bite to eat or enjoy a refreshing beverage at one of the tasty restaurants.   

Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival When: April 11-13

Food loves, get ready! Sample some of the best food and brews on the Grand Strand. Along with delicious food, this event features live entertainment and local vendors as well. Stay tuned for more info!

The Myrtle Beach Classic  When: May 8-11 

A PGA tour event sponsored in the golf capital of the world. Held at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club, this championship golf course is known for its beauty by the beach.  

Myrtle Beach Bike Week   When: May 9-18 

A 10-day event that draws thousands of bikers to the Grand Strand, featuring bike shows, vendors, tours, and more. 

World Famous Blue Crab Festival When: May 17-18 from 9am- 5pm 

Located at the historic Little River waterfront, join in on the festivities at the 43rd annual world-famous blue crab festival. Enjoy fresh, local seafood while you take in a scenic view, live music and unique shops.

Beach Days 

The Grand Strand has miles of beautiful, white sandy beaches inviting you to relax and explore. Grab your beach essentials and spend the day with your toes buried in the sand, as you listen to the waves crashing on the shore.  

Myrtle Beach State Park

Broadway at the Beach

The famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront boardwalk with stunning views of the ocean, delicious restaurants, cute shops, and arcades along the way. The most notable attraction on the boardwalk is the SkyWheel. See the Grand Strand like never before; day, sunset or night! Catch a ride on this iconic 200-foot observation wheel, making it an unforgettable experience for all ages. The views are breathtaking no matter when you ride.  

Myrtle Beach Pelicans 

Kick off the spring season with a baseball game! The Myrtle Beach Pelicans are Myrtle Beach’s very own Minor League Baseball team.

Apache Pier
