Chris Bridges has been featured in the Vision Voice Vantage Newsletter for August 2012, Volume 7 Issue 96. Chris was the project leader on the implementation of the new ODTVision VRU phone/computer system at Elliott Beach rentals. Chris has been with Elliott since 2007. He started working in Property Services in the position of Services Administrative Support. He also worked with Department Payroll, Inventory Control, and Labor Cost Analysis. He was moved to the position of programmer/analyst in December 2011 to work on implementing the ODT Vision VRU solution. This program brings together our renters, housekeepers, and office employees to facilitate a smoother check-in process. Thanks to him, we can now send our guests text messages when their rental is ready instead of the guest having to call us. One of his future projects is to create the ability for guest’s to make reservation payments over the phone and the list continues to grow as others in our company see potential. Thanks to Chris’s effort and hard-work, Elliott now offers a more customer-friendly phone service for our guests.
